UP: I look nice today.

DOWN: I am soaking wet because I fell right on my butt in the slush.

UP: I smell good.

DOWN: My coat, hat, and scarf smell bad (cigarette smoke *puke*).

UP: I finished my resume yesterday.

DOWN: I didn't finish anything else yesterday.

UP: I had a nice walk to school this morning.

DOWN: My car is stuck at home because it is coated in ice and I can't get the doors open.

UP: Today is Monday, and Monday means I get to go out to lunch and then hang out with some special people.

DOWN: Well... there isn't a downside to that. :)

It's a good thing today is Monday, because if it wasn't I'd be miserable and grouchy. (You try sitting in the lab for three hours with a wet butt... you'd be grouchy too!) My hands are cold, too. I'm not totally sure why... but typing isn't making them any warmer. If I could have my way right now, I'd go home and clean my room. Seriously. :) And then 3:00 would come faster and I would be happy. Funny how I spent the whole weekend wishing it were Monday, but now that it's Monday, well, I'd kinda like an extra day of the weekend. Seems like life would be so much simpler if I didn't have school. I'm probably wrong about that. :) But that's how it feels. At least there are only fourteen days of class left until spring break... I need spring break... :)

Tomorrow marks 2 weeks. Four to go.
