Forgot to mention earlier... John can turn off light switches now. (He doesn't turn them on, but probably could if I showed him.) He's also learned to make the "milk" sign, but he uses it at really weird times. I was hoping he'd be able to sign to tell me that he wants milk, but it seems like he does it to mean "mama", or in his high chair instead of making the sign for "more". Most of the time he has just recently nursed so I don't go jumping to nurse him just to reinforce the signing... maybe I should be? Oh well, whatever. We'll be able to communicate eventually. :)
Oh, and naturally, tonight when I weighed him he was 17lbs 6oz. So, at 10 months, he's (finally) officially doubled his birth weight!
