I am inclined to agree, especially as I observe myself, who am now, even while preparing for an interview at a potentially more stable, higher-paying company, feeling pangs of guilt and wondering whether my possible career move is akin to treason against my current employer.

I think in the long run I will find myself better suited to the role of domestic wife and mother. But we already knew that. ;) In the short run however, I will do what I need to do, and continue repeating to myself over and over...
