Update from previous post (which was actually written long before the time it was actually posted): I did convince Daddy and sister to go to the mall. Returned the graphics card and bought a mouse, which unfortunately was NOT on sale. However I learned that the monitor I want IS on sale (again) -- this time they've reduced the actual price to $439.99 ($110 cheaper than before) with a $50 mail-in. *whine* I want it. *sticks out lower lip* Also got some new jeans (yay, boot-cuts are on sale at Old Navy for $20!). Unfortunately the exact shade of blue that I wanted only came in 10 Long, and I am 10 regular, so I had to settle for the darker ones. *more pouting* ;-)

But anyway, I survived Day Two of no boy (go me!). Twelve more to go. So here's hoping my hard drive lasts long enough for me to get through the rest!!

(P.S. I did check on my second hard drive, which appears to be plugged in as usual. Something in there is making a horrible screechy noise, and I think it's one of the hard drives... here's hoping it's the second one, since all that's on that one is (was?) my 7 gigs or so of music... if it's the main drive, well, I don't really think I can afford to replace it. At least, I don't want to. *frown*)
