I should say that the weekend with Daddy was a lot of fun, because it was. :) I dragged him all over Buffalo and hopefully didn't completely bore him to death. We went to Forest Lawn Cemetery, the Pierce Arrow Museum, the Mark Twain Room at the library, and of course to the Friends of Harmony barbershop show. We had Dutch babies for Saturday breakfast. Daddy even came to Mass with me Sunday morning, which meant a lot to me. So all in all, it was a good weekend. :)
Then I should say that the following weekend I got to go see Molly's daughter get baptized. She is the cutest darn baby there is. That was a good weekend too. :)
I have more thoughts about a bunch of random stuff, but now it's time to pack up and head outta this joint. Joe's taking me to see Star Wars. ;)
I love sunshiney Friday afternoons.
PS My ear infection is completely cleared up, and I didn't get a rash from the antibiotic. Now I have a weird bump on my left hand and a chronically achy left shoulder. I must be getting old. "I never thought I would be, at 23, on the verge of spontaneous combustion, woe is me."
PS Ever notice that 23 is one of the few ages that's actually mentioned in song lyrics? I can name two and I'm sure there's at least one I can't think of right now. :P
