- A couple of days ago John had his first ride in a shopping cart. He got a little tired of sitting up after awhile and I carried him (and it is HARD to steer those big unwieldy Target carts one-handed), but all in all he did well and we got everything on our list.
- He "walks" while we help him stand. It's funny to see the things he wants to walk to. For some reason he's totally fascinated by the door on our computer desk.
- We give him a spoon to play with in his high chair during meals. Yesterday I thawed out some milk and put that on his spoon, and he loved it! He would yell until I gave him another spoonful. We'll probably start him on solids in a couple more weeks and I have a feeling he's going to love it.
- We're shopping for a new pediatrician. I have an appointment to meet one next week that's been recommended by a couple of people, so we'll see how that goes.
